I mean he's had public media tantrums over negative portrayals in the past. But it's only 'triggered' when a liberal gets pissed.

He literally called his boys at the FCC to take Colbert off the air because he made a joke about him being gay with Putin
I don't know how you look at that and say "well he isn't really that thinskinned"

Except we don't know if he "literally called his boys at the FCC", because that's part of the Snopes article that was debated/false

there's nothing to investigate, so i don't know why they're doing it in the first place, he just made generic "funny" Annoying Orange insults for like 10 minutes but whatever

He didn't. I don't even remember him making any comments about the joke. I've only seen Annoying Orange supporters getting up in arms about it to "give the other side a taste of their medicine", which, eh, whatever, who cares. It's a dumb joke. No one cares.
