how do you guys think we could get more people to play blockland?

again, there are a LOT of underlying issues preventing this from happening. its not as clear cut as "make better servers"
one thing is of course we go back to interiors and terrains but it shouldn't have stayed in its most recent form.
the solution was right there in front of us: static shapes, why wasn't this system expanded and simplified? we wouldn't have gotten infinitely repeating terrain like the old system, nor would we retain compatibility with the old maps, but we would've retained everything else while simplifying the codebase that badspot wanted to do so bad.
honestly i feel like badspot just gave up on blockland. its nowhere near a state where it can sustain itself, the addon and building systems just aren't fleshed out enough for that.
