what ice cream place does it better?

Leatherbys is the best ice cream place I've ever been to. They are mostly just in the Sacramento CA area, though.
But for a big chain place I really like both cold stone and baskin robbins. I think I generally prefer cold stone a bit more, but they don't have any sundays on their menu really.

There's this Ice cream truck that comes by every friday with lots to choose from, he has the usual sweets and snackslike little chocolate bars, lollipops, crisps and so on, but then his ice creams are the best, lots of chocolate sauce at the bottom with chocolate then going all the way up, choice of sweets are put in, then cream is put in, and on the top more sweets are put on.
It's great.
