i have feel hollucinations at night. it either feels like my teeth are squeezing eachother or my skull is doing whacky stuff
reason for this, i think is, that i have been worrying about those lately. now my brain is shoving it in my face
although im also not sure if those are real feelings... mostlikely not.
usually when i see stuff, i adjust my focus until i recognize whats actually there and lay down
when i hear something, much rarer than seeing things, i just say "huh" or "shut up you arent real" or even "i am armed with a fidget spinner" and it stops
