has anyone else experienced this before?

you "wake up" from dreaming, but you feel like you're still asleep. you can see your surroundings, but as soon as you close your eyes again you're dreaming.
this has happened a few times to me recently and it's so surreal. i've also had instances where I would wake up every 5 minutes or so because something scares the stuff out of me in a dream and I can't get it to stop.
anyone else experience these dream anomalies?

i just get those dreams where im getting up for work/school but my ass is still in the bed. it sucks

Yes, it's like you open your eyes for a short time but you're still sleeping basicly.
There were very few times that I woke up in the middle of a dream and I sleep again to continue where it stopped.
