Whats even more hilarious he goes on record to say its about "quality not quantity". Like wow, I didn't realize democratic representation was about the "best" of citizens and not the majority.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I hope the Democrats can regain a majority in congress in the 2018 election, and hopefully overturn this crap somehow.
The one thing I hate about the Republican party is how little they understand the internet, and are willing to shill it out to big cable companies (monopolies) in return for political backing/more power.
