you use a law to "enforce" net neutrality, you don't use an organization whose sole reason for existing is to shut down comics for provocative jokes

yeah FCC regulations are laws, dummy. the FCC may do some stupid stuff like censor radio but they're also the reason you can listen to a radio station at all
also I don't know what the hell you mean by those quotation marks but whatever it is there's a 90% chance you're wrong about it
