this is hella interesting. but for ISP's to actually profit off this, wouldn't every ISP have to regulate and charge for "premium" data rates? or will this essentially turn into how celluar providers provide their data rates? also interesting because some ISP's are the ONLY provider in a lot of areas |

Either Pay cheaply for stuff internet or pay out the ass for decent internet. |

Multiple ISPs have been forcing big content providers (Including Netflix and League of Legends) to pay extreme yearly fees in order to not have their content throttled.
