i think, i don't have any experience or a job history so what's the point?

That is certainly an issue if they ask for resumes. Do you have any sort of school activities whatsoever? Boy Scouts? Volunteering work? Any sort of vocational skills? Can you use power tools? Have you ever held an officer position in a school club? All these things can work on a resume, considering your age.

If you can't put anything on a resume, then it's best to not include one. My advice is to continue shotgun-sending out job applications until you get more interviews, and then do everything in your power to not miss the interview. Brush up on best practices for job interviews. Practice them with your friends/family. Figure out where exactly you'll be interviewing a couple days beforehand, and try to get your interviewer's phone number if it's publicly listed.
