yeah so here's an update. i went into the place and asked a lot of the workers where the manager was for the interview. either they didn't know where he was or they led me to a place they were when they last saw them. after about 15 minutes of looking for them, i got pissed and just left. probably not the greatest thing for me to do.
i forgot to mention my friend also had an interview there but he managed to find the guy.
