this is pretty much the best you can get for 400 dollars.
Intel i3 7100, 6gb of ram, 1tb hard drive, 1366x768
It's from Dell so you know it is actually quality, and it has a numpad too.

Dell is actually a good brand when it comes to laptops lol

idk they may be fine now but i've had problems in the past with them.
they pissed me off because i'd have to buy their own stuffty proprietary hardware instead of just ordering the part a lot cheaper on amazon/newegg.
