It's literally one of the least probable reasons for the missing people yet people like bisjac are thinking its the only explanation.
PhantOS:
Also to clarify im not saying that there's no possibility for it to be true, but its highly unlikely and there's more probable causes for the missing people.

Though, i wouldn't be surprised if 1-2 people were kidnapped by those people, there's really nothing stopping them from doing so
Deus Ex:
If they weren't kidnapped how have they not been found yet
Teenagers aren't complete idiots, even in chaos and confusion I'm sure they'd muster up enough sense to run to the nearest safe area, not just run, and keep running, and run further, and run, and continue to run, until they're completely lost
PhantOS:
i honestly don't know the psychology of teenage children running away from bombs, but i can tell you that people going missing after major attacks/catastrophes is very common.

google every recent terror attack involving more than 30 people and you'll see what im talking about. for the first week or so there's like 3-10 people gone missing. at this particular concert, there were probably some fans that came from cities outside manchester to see the performance, so they might not be familiar with the cityscape. Either way, confirming the dead and missing is a process that usually takes a week or two.

The most probable cause is that they ran away and got lost, and nobody has spotted them yet. There could be other reasons, maybe some of them got fatally injured and ended up a couple blocks away from the site and died already. On the list of probable causes for the missing people, abduction would be #5 or #6

Maybe this kiddnapping scenario is something worth looking into if these situations repeat under similar circumstances.
