the video is blurry but it looks like exactly what the reporter changed her story to, with him not grabbing the neck in a strangle hold but closer to the shoulders and actually probably his shirt
and even if he is grabbing him by the neck if you look at the wind-up required to build up the momentum to throw him to the ground, this took place in an office so he wouldn't have that space

that wasn't the point of the original post, the point was that her changing the story given new information calls her report into suspicion
