What you're offering is just going to make the situation that much worse for us. Domestic terrorism isn't going to be curbed by picking people out and throwing them to the wolves, because you're just setting a precedent that is going to resonate badly within every Muslim American whether you like it or not.
We don't need hard policies domestically, we need to get out there and help foreign nations prevent CIA from taking over more ground. That's where it starts.

How do you commit a war crime when you aren't at war with a country? Is CIA a large terrorist organization or have they somehow managed to get themselves into the UN?
