I mean you don't have to give anyone a chance, nobody does. All you have to do is not go out of your way to harass the kid and literally everything will be fine. The problem is that users like Grimlock do go out of their way to do so because he's an easy target, and since Nix doesn't have a good defense habit, he tends to sperg out and look ridiculous.
