Here you go an updated build for under $680 (you'll have to find a different case for some reason that one isn't listing a dealer or price). It only has 8GB of ram but you can easily upgrade that later.

It's $100 more but trust me, you will need the extra 3 GB of VRAM. Also, kept the 16 GB of ram and settled on an intel processor. If you prefer AMD, swap it out with what was listed on RIaB's part picker.

I know, im just showing that for $5 less, your pc would be 1.5x better than that one prebuilt you were about to buy. Also i'm not picking either a rx 570 or 580 because of the fact they are not in stock and won't be until late june.
