Is it not true that he said terror attacks are "part and parcel" of living in a big city? How can Londoners expect a guy who says stuff like that to protect them from terrorism? He basically said "forget it, this is just how it's gonna be from now on" which is complete and utter bullstuff. Every time someone tries to discuss the fact that Britain and most of Europe are bringing these terrorists into their country off of taxpayer money and doing nothing about it for fear of being called tribal or something. We all know what the issue is but no one is willing to discuss it. "using people's deaths to further your political motives"? No. It's using a tragic event to beg for a god damn discussion on the problem. sadiq khan never said that terror attacks are part and parcel of living in a big city he said that being prepared for terrorist attacks is part and parcel of life in a big city, through funding local police, keeping the police in contact with civilians etc. |

What I do know, is part and parcel of living in a great local city, is you've gotta be prepared for these things, you've gotta be vigilant, you've got to support the police doing an incredibly hard job, and you've gotta support the security services, and I think speculating when you don't know the facts is unwise. --- End quote --- |
