“The group of demonstrators that was at the police cordon was being allowed through by officers so they could show their signs to the gathered media. The CNN crew along with other media present simply filmed them doing so.” - CNN

This was in the article posted by e-maxx, if anyone could have been bothered enough to read it, then you would know that this was in there.

Phant "its okay because everyone is doing it" OS

And this counts as CNN faking protestors how?

It sounds like they saw a good opportunity for a story and filmed it. Biased? Sure, I'll agree with that. But it's not like they're hiring actors to fake protesting like Tony is implying.

This was a CNN report and supposedly these were protestors they allowed past the barrier, which is shady for a number of reasons

ie cherry picked protestors to support a narrative.

that's a slant, not ""fake news""

I mean you seem to be okay with cnn doing it all the time, and i'm okay with it too, so why are you so upset when CNN does it?

its biologically impossible to be entirely unbiased on any issue, so of course human reporters are going to default to whatever issue they see first that is in tune with their political beliefs. it's called being human, and having a news site with a different political opinion is called 'news'

stop acting like MSM is some anomalous entity hell-bent on removing all truth from existence. the best MSM does is report on an issue with a slight slant. Compared to the underground news sources that go all out on obsessing over people they don't agree with, news outlets like CNN, FOX, MSBC, PBS and others seem to know how to keep their work out of the fiction realm 95% of the time

Selecting specific peaceful protestors from """""protests""""" to claim the entire protest is peaceful is fake news, and trying to make them appear to be the entire protest is not only fake news, its propaganda.
