Again, this is completely overshadowed by the fact that africans were literally considered richard washers and stuff to the empires of europe and possibly egypt. The european powers maintained a pretty homogenous society, they even hated the jews at one point. What makes anyone think that creating any heterogenous society would be on their minds during those times. It's not like now where we live in plenty of cosmopolitan socities.
