What program do I use to open .dts

I tried blender but it doesn't come up in the import list.
Unless I am doing something wrong, how?

By default Blender 2.77 does not come with a dts importer/exporter. Portify made a dts importer/exporter plugin for blender, which I use to export my files to dts.
