I have this weird thing where I mix up the letter 'F' and the number '4', so I guess that letter takes more brainpower for me.

because different sounds are produced in different parts of the mouth and throat which need different numbers of muscles doing different things

the slash in the 0 is useful for differentiating 0 from O but if your Zs look like 2s you're just a fool tbh
