Are these 2 colors BLUE or PURPLE?

First one is barely purple, but its purple, then the next one is more blue but its still a bit purple.

the way i see it, there are 9 main colors: red, orange, yellow, green, mint, electric blue, deep blue, purple, and pink. two colors between each primary. anything else is a variation of those: brown = dark & unsaturated orange, cyan = electric blue with a bias towards green, etc
the first one looks like a dull deep blue with a bias towards purple, so it's a blue
the second one just looks like a slightly dull and dim deep blue
