this is loving ass hock what is going on, the youtube vid is fullscreen but the taskbar is still there when it's not supposed to be loving god someone help me out here |

Go to Task Manager, find Windows Explorer, then right click and press "restart" I have the same issue with youtube vids and borderless games sometimes |
