This is also true. Acne is hormonal but it's also how you treat your skin topically.

A lot of people who suffer from acne don't realize that you're actually damaging your skin with harsh chemicals that are put into over the counter/prescribed products. The harsh chemicals forget up the acid mantle of the skin (anti-pollutant) and throw oil and dead skin levels out of balance, which lead to more and more clogged pores. It does kinda makes sense though-your whole body is covered in skin, but the face/neck is always the problem areas. You're trying to baby your facial skin and take care of it way too much when it's already built to do that on its own.

Yes. DRINK WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not the healthiest eater but I drink water religiously. you'll probably feel weird about it at first but once you break though that you'll actually start craving water sometimes and drinks like soda and whatnot kind of start tasting weird and well *bad*. (thats cuz they're bad for you)

i drink water often more than sodas so i got that going for me

does grease affect skin by any chance?
