that's good.

like I said, i wouldn't say I'm the healthiest eater so I'm not a big believer of diet being the culprit but maybe that's just me, i don't know.

I think we can narrow it down to the fact that it's just the fact you're using proactiv. also I'm pretty sure it says on the bottle/box that you're not supposed to use other products while using proactiv, so the fact you're using clearasil as well might be exacerbating things
Timestamp:
i'll stop using proactiv and clearasil for a while maybe and see how it goes for me. and stuff, i guess i forgeted up on that end too

dude if a beef steak is giving me entrepreneur les i'll be honest right now, i'd really go for a few entrepreneur les so i can eat that gnarly tender and great steak dude. i'm a good meat eater and i know a few protein-y  and healthy ways of eating meat. i eat some good salads too sometimes.

as for a daily snack thing i eat some belvita/pretzels i guess.

--- End quote ---

i wanna address this too by the way:

i trimmed and shaved a certain area and it gave me some weird and medium-sized entrepreneur les and zits. not to a point where they are infected but they are like small-ish red bumps. i don't know how it happened but apparently it happened so
ultimamax:
another thing to consider - keep your pillowcases/sheets clean so they dont carry dirt which you rub against your face for 8 hours a day
Rigel:
Maybe you're allergic to the shaving cream?
Ceist:
keep your diet in check and keep your face clean regularly. dont have to scrub it raw or anything. lay off sodas and powdered food products.
