Any idea why I'm getting a massive screen tear?

I just decided to host a game when all of a sudden my screen does this.





Any ideas?

My two guesses are on either Item_CombatGear or lemurboy's playermodels. My game was working fine before I touched those two.

Sorry for the triple post, won't let me modify my other two, but I've noticed that if I fly up to a certain point in the sky, the screen tear will stop.

And if I am on the ground and look up the tear will stop as well.
