What is your normal download speed MK. II
General:
My ISP provides just under 300 Mb/s download and 30 Mb/s upload

160 kb/s max but like 60-90 usually

my steam download is at 4.3MB/s right now but fast.com only says 7.5Mbps, or 0.94MB/s

My flat at university averages around 12.5MB/s and at home I get just under 4MB/s.
