It doesn't make you a child molester, since you (hopefully) aren't actually molesting any children.
But if you're un-ironically referring to your significant other as a little girl, or your daughter, as roleplay, then you might have to seriously consider whether or not you're actually loveually attracted to children. Which would make you a child enthusiast.
