I hada copy of spyro 2 that had corrupted files and textures that made the characters' eyes and mouths black and their voiced were forgeted.

From what I have read or heard, those sounds are tweaked transmissions from NASA. This was to give the Xbox an otherworldly feel that this was alien technology and there is nothing else like this found on earth.
