This is a bit of a stupid question but sometimes I see people saying "The pope needs to declare another crusade" can the pope actually do it in this day and age? |

He can, but the Pope isn't the monarchy mafia anymore so nobody would listen on the government level in all likelihood. A few christian extremists would probably try to get to the middle east, but I doubt they'd make any kind of difference. |
