Suggest me good sub 40 dollar headphones

My current stuff headphones are going out and soon I'll be getting new ones. My absolute max budget is going to be 40 dollars, and do not count mail-in rebates please at all.
What I want
- Over-ear style that surrounds the ear instead of pressing on the ear (aka large ear cups)
- Must have a majority black color scheme
- Mic is optional but I'd like one, if there is one I'd like the quality to be use-able but not total garbage
- Reputable brand
- Must be wired and a good wire durability
- if possible, leather padding, if not, then a soft mesh material is fine
- I'm only willing to buy from Amazon, Best Buy or Newegg, no used or anything.

eh I'm kinda iffy on turtle beach due to mic quality and I don't need these for a console but if suggested enough I'll probs get them

I use this at my computer, I haven't got the mic to work, so I use a webcam for a mic. The sound quality is good in my opinion.

i have these and they're pretty loving good
there's a few youtube videos out there that describe them as worth much more than they're going for i think
