Suggest me good sub 40 dollar headphones

Those cups are small as forget, I highly dislike that style of ear cup

If you have them, how good is the sound quality? Is it bassy, more tinny or more neutral? Does the mic sound fine or is it kinda garabe

i would say hyperx stinger but thats $10 more than the price you want
i do admit tho the monoprice headphones look pretty good
