Suggest me good sub 40 dollar headphones

I'd get those but they look more on-ear than over ear. Unless they aren't then idk they look good tho

on ear headphones = the ear cups are tiny and press on your ears
over ear headphones = the ear cups are huge and don't touch your ears at all, only the space around your ear, aka pressing on your head
I can't use the on ear headphones due to those causing my ears to swell, over ear headphones don't cause it at all

theyre kind of in between. theyre quite comfortable tho.
in my experience over-ear headphones are extremely uncomfortable as the edges inside rub against the skin on my ear and make it raw, plus they press super hard on the ear.

This is me except only with on-ear
I'll see if I can wear some in a walmart or somewhere that carries them to see if they'll work or not
