"x shouldn't be y" isn't truth it's just your personal criteria that no one on the world is abiding by
also you don't understand how a conveniently alt-right and offensive reddit user has any relevance to a right leaning meme that targets an agency with a different opinion?

do you mean an agency that had just prior engaged in borderline defamation and an agency that had been peddling a conspiracy theory nonstop since the inauguration in order to undermine the legitimacy of the leader of the free world
