It's not libel. Saying "Russia might be interfering with this but we'll make up some stuff too" is less damaging than "corrupt killary steals millions and assassinates journalists" which is clearly libel. I'm not going to come here and say "its ok because they're doing it" but rather say that the first amendment protects all of the above and there's literally nothing you can do about it except complain or violate the constitution by trying to destroy them.

It's all wrong, all of it. I agree. It'd be cool if we could change the first amendment to say that lying to the public is illegal. That would definitely hold CNN, cnn and several other MSM sites responsible. However, we can clearly see from Matthew that his ideal 'solution' is to take down any lies that disagree with his political opinion.

I never said true or false, I said that it isn't fake. The topic of the russian probe is very real and the investigation is still ongoing with no concise statement as to the current state of the probe.

CNN is left-biased and has been on the offensive about the current administration. The same thing happened with right-biased news orgs and Obama, just not as annoyingly widespread. If CNN was reporting fake news, as in, stories that are completely fabricated and didn't happen, their ratings would plummet. They may take a hit for this, but this doesn't make them "Fake News", every time you use this term incorrectly, it detracts from the legitimate meaning.

Maybe you should try reading into a subject farther beyond your tiny bubble of influence before jumping to asinine conclusions, we would all definitely appreciate it.
