Man sits inside a car. The Arkansas Capitol is visible nearby, illuminated by its lighting installations. The silhouette of the Ten Commandments monument stands approximately TEN (10) meters from the car.

RADIO: ♫ ... upon grace, all my

RADIO: "Where do you go when you're faced with adversity and trials and challenges?"

MALE: "Oh my goodness. Freedom!"

Car accelerates to TWENTY-ONE (21) miles per hour and begins hurling towards the monument.

RADIO: ♫ ... run to the throne room
               I run to the throne room ... ♫

Collision is heard..
