HELP STUPID NEW PC HAS NO DISPLAY

HELP I BOUGHT A NEW CYBERPOWER PC AND THERES NO DISPLAY. THERES ONE LOOSE CABLE BUT IT DOESNT MATCH THE PLACE IT SHOULD BE. the cable is a female and it is a 2 by 5. BUT the second row has the 4th hole missing. WHAT THE forget!?!??! And the cord is places and held together by plastic strap meaning it's supposed to be there. PLEASE HELP!!! Like nothing else is unconnected and its like, do I even need it plugged in? What the forget please help
