HELP STUPID NEW PC HAS NO DISPLAY

okay so, It tells me, "We can't sign into your account, This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you dont sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost." But I can't even get a wifi signal and I never used the product code I was supposed to use
