okay so, I can't even get past the login screen. I get the :( blue screen. Can anyone help? I literally can't do anything. I wanna reinstall Windows 10 with the Disc I have, but I have to not be in safe mode to use it. But when I CAN get past the login screen, it gives me a guest account and everything I do in there gets deleted. So is there anyway to bypass the crashing? I need to reinstall windows 10 |

can you access bios instead? you should be able to use a windows 10 boot disk from that |
