I have a permissions issue with Windows 10?

Im trying to drag a file from Google Images to my desktop but I keep getting an error saying "Access is denied." I looked at the permissions and it says I have full control and such but I still cannot drag files to my desktop from Chrome in general and every time I move a file from my desktop to a separate folder I have to give administrator access. No idea how this happened or when but it just kind of... did.

why aren't you simply saving it by right clicking it and doing save as

Does that really matter right now? I have bigger problems other than how I save an image currently.

i'm pretty sure it's because you aren't running chrome as admin and you're trying to move things on a program that doesn't have admin permissions

Edit: Still says "Access is denied" :^(
