Keep in mind that South Korea is a pretty bad place, too. They aren't a dictatorship anymore, but the people get worked to death like they are. North Korea shouldn't be a Stalinist dictatorship anymore, but living conditions will not improve if they take after South Korean familial-heirarchial capitalism. Granted, nothing will repair NK's reputation either way. |
