Author Topic: is it gross to put ice cubes in ramen to cool it?  (Read 8755 times)

Tried it once. Gave me PTSD. The milk becomes more bitter than dark coffee and it has the texture of chalk.

milk is actually disgusting anyways. almond milk all the way man

< thinks milk is disgusting
< drinks almond milk

my puerto rican friend puts ice cubes in his cereal and used to always nag me to try it. dude would offer me a bowl of fruit loops at like 10pm on a tuesday and while im eating it he'd tell me how skim milk is mostly water and adding ice cubes wouldn't water it down but i wasn't having any of it
tell him that he's mostly water so he should try eating powdered milk instead of liquid milk, its not like he's missing anything

Why the forget would you put ice cubes in your milk? Like.. it's either already cold or you shouldn't be drinking it.

some people drink warm milk
some people make hot chocolate with milk, for some reason

Warm is a different story; you wouldn't put milk in a pot and bring it to a simmer then put a bunch of forgetin' ice cubes in it so you can drink it again. I mean that you shouldn't let your milk sit out of the fridge long enough to need ice cubes.
