Dark Souls Wood Carvings, item???

Hello, and I was wondering if it was possible to create the Wood Carving Sounds from Dark Souls. In case you don't play the game, have a look at these websites to get a better understanding, one is a Youtube link, while the other is a Dark Souls Wiki link.

So, I want an item like the one in Dark Souls, where if you drop it, it plays a sound, such as "Help Me", "I'm sorry", "Very Good", and "Hello"
