it's not the CSS, this is especially evident because the rest of the site works fine. not to mention the fact that it's shown using the correct font.
it's probably GPU related. I've seen similar things happen after my GPU driver crashes.

Interesting, when my GPU Driver crashes it either goes blackscreen or web pages with javascript and the such go blank.
