You loot a Nightstick, .40 Pistol (7/15 rounds), Pump Shotgun (2/8 rounds), a Baseball Bat, and two spare shotgun shells. You reload the DB Shotgun and revolver.

You use what's left of the syringe, blacking out once again. You fail to overdose this time because you previously used half of the syringe instead of all.

OT: Advance through the hospital, having your DB ready.

You advance through the hospital slowly, looking for stuff to do. You go back to the bathrooms and take the hallway to the left, since there's nowhere else to go that you haven't been before. As you continue down the hallway, you notice the corpse of the submachinegun-wielding inmate, and then the body of a guard with a crowbar shoved through his eye and out the back of his skull. The other inmates (and the doctor being held hostage) are nowhere to be found yet.

There is nothing to loot on either of the bodies. The other inmates must have taken it. There is a security room to the left that might have something of interest. Further down the hallway should be the elevators, from what you remember.
