When faced with stuff like this, a few things to keep in mind:
Using the word troll implies that he doesn't actually believe what he's saying, which is not true. This guy is the real thing.
Secondly, there is no way to ironically lend support or awareness, and doing anything ironically too many times tends to make it unironic.
Not to shut down all the fun here, but there is a disconnect that isn't always visible between the people going along for the meme and the people who actually share his worldview.
