Addon Idea: Twist Ties

Allows you to use two new items:

Twist Ties: A one use item that when used on a player makes them unable to anything.
Twist Tie Cutters: Removes the Twist Ties effect on a player.

(I know handcuffs exist but I don't think they're one use item.)

Twist ties are easy to break out of.

i think cable ties instead of twist ties would work much better in my opinion

I honestly think there should be an edit where cuffs have more than 1 use, maybe so you could set it but yeah I think having zipties would be good, especially if you could break out of them, but it would damage you slightly.

How about have a limited amount of cable ties that you can replenish by picking up more cable ties?
