if someone doesn't know what it is or how to fix it, something changing it without the users permission could end up phishing them on many popular sites.
it's a file that essentially overrides what domains point to which ips

that sdv fat mod would not be that hard to make. it's just a change to the pixel art. pixel art isnt that hard to modify, it'd be tedious at worst lol
