tbh I'm really surprised MS hasn't just built a photoshop/gimp tool for windows yet.
I've been using Gimp for like 10 years now. I have Photoshop but I don't like to use it as much as GIMP bc I'm not as used to it, though it's probably better

Well he is right, PDN doesn't take more than 2 minutes max if you've got it installed on a good hard drive and have a modern CPU.
