For a short time about three years ago I used to use Mr.McAwsome.
I have use Lt. (lieutenant) at the start of my name for two years and I have seen about seven other Lt.s and a clan in starcraft called Lt. but I was the first I know of.

Someone was named 'master chief' in a fairly decent zombie game I joined.

Or, it was good, made decent by a horribly abusive admin.

During the course of the game he /found me, attempted to smash into me via ATV via /find, and /fetched me under his vehicle. All but one attempt failed horribly, the last one worked but only because I had like 10 HP left.
